September 2025 Recap

General Updates

Thank you for your patience all! Staff are on break, but we haven’t forgotten the Recap!

The 2026 theme will be revealed in the near future and next years event is still planned for the 3rd weekend of September, as those have been our standard dates for quite some time now, and if that changes we will make sure everyone knows!

A huge thank you to all attendees who joined us this past event! We couldn’t do this without the community, so thank you for attending!

We Need Your Help!

We couldn’t have put this all on without our @Volunteer team! They do a lot more than you may see from the surface to make things run as smoothly as they can! Check them and volunteering details out on our Volunteer Page.

We can always use more help and will be onboarding new volunteers in the new year! Interested? Even a few hours here and there is helpful and there are options for folks that don’t know where they want to help, as well.

 

Funding Keeps Us Running

A big thank you to our generous Donors, those who grabbed the 18+ role and those who purchased from our store! You folks really make it possible for us to financially run our future events. There are a lot of overhead costs to upkeep things we need to run and to improve our services so even those $5+ CAD donations/badge/merch purchases are a lot more helpful than you may think, so thank you~

  • Our web store is currently offline due to things outside of our control. We will announce when it comes back.

  • Some digital items, and donations are also available on Ko-fi.
