Art Gallery
Sloth Art: Give us your take on fine art, memes, cartoons and more but featuring sloths! This is shown on our website, VRChat, and Discord for almost a whole year.
General Art: All fandom/industry art accepted including photography. Show off your best pieces, old or new! This is shown on our website, VRChat, and Discord for almost a whole year.
NEW: 3D Model Art: A new thing we will be accepting this year is 3D Models! Pictures of 3D models are still considered 2D Art. These will predominantly be shown in our VRChat world but a still image may be posted on website and Discord to encourage VRC visitation.
NEW: NSFW Art: A discord-only, behind registration and paywall, display of adult oriented artworks.
All artwork must be human-made. Our community and event does not allow generated works, or any other such theft or copyright violations.
Meetups
We aim to host meetups in our community space (Discord/VRChat/etc) during our annual event and want to know what you’d like to see!
Want to see more frequent meetups? Volunteer to be a meetup host!
Panels

Panels may be streamed to our Twitch or hosted on our Discord. NSFW panels are through Discord only.
We are primarily looking for panels/events that focus on creativity and expression; tutorials/education, Q&A, meetups, performances, etc., about artwork, music, acting, game dev, web dev, cooking/baking, crafting/textiles, community and more. Panel subjects that fall outside of these topics will be looked at case by case but please still send them!

DJ Applications

We are looking to organize a nightly DJ block. This does not prevent a DJ from hosting something earlier, the nightly block will be a primary event however.

Community Showcase – Looking for a new Lead
We’re looking for a new lead to head up the Community Showcase, who will work on re-organizing it, social media scripting, hosting and more. Interested? Volunteer!
We’re looking to showcase content from our audience from all across different fandoms/industries! These could be short films, skits, comedy, musical or singing performances, literature/comic readings, various forms of dance, creation showcase (art/crafting/etc), puppet shows, speed painting, skateboard/bike tricks, and so much more!
