What is CozyCon?

    It is an online "convention" that you can attend from home or any screen that has internet access!
    Attendance is FREE!
    All fandoms/industries welcome as long as our rules are followed! Check out the Vendors, Panels, DJs, Events and more! We welcome all creators! From 2D, to 3D, crafters, jewelers, fashion & apparel, musicians, performers, game and web developers and more!

    Vendors applications are not available for the next event yet!

    You will need the following things for your application:
    Sign Up and Register for the event (Reg link TBA.)Your Discord username (name#1234).Your Business name (will be shown on the site & discord.)Your PRIMARY website URL with your event offerings.Whether your content is SFW, NSFW or both.What content you create and anything specific you are making for the event.Your Currency (USD, CAD, AUS, GBP, etc.)Sponsor Vendors also need: Short bio/blurb for your listing and up to 4 more URLs.

    Vendor Rules & Guidelines

    ► You MUST be of legal age in your place of residence AND at least 18+ to be a vendor. Minors generally cannot enter into a legal contract on their own.

    ► CozyCon welcomes all kinds of creators from digital to traditional visual artists, writers, textile creators, jewelers and other crafters, 3D designers and traditional sculptors, game developers, musicians, performers and more! This event is also open to all fandoms/industries as long as content follows our rules. We also welcome services that are for creatives. (Vendor space is essentially an ad to bring attendees to your shop/offers/stream/etc.)

    ► CozyCon is not responsible for your content and will not protect you from legal action. We retain the right to blacklist folks doing anything illegal or breaking the rules/terms.

    ► NSFW is allowed as long as:
    1) Applications have been filled out properly so we can appropriately mark the rating on our pages
    2) NSFW content must be drawn/created, no real life NSFW content
    3) Your NSFW content is on a site that is behind a warning/age or log-in block.
    4) Your banner art must remain SFW.

    ► CozyCon has no direct involvement in your transactions. If you have issues, please take it up with the other party involved, or the administration of the site they were using. We do not have the means to handle disruptive attendees OFF-SITE so please use the block/mute functionality there or contact the admins of the sites you are using to report users. If the user is also on our discord server and is breaking the rules of the event, you can contact us to report it.

    ►We reserve the right to remove vendors/panelists who abuse our efforts & event, be found scamming their clients, etc.

    ► CozyCon does not provide payment transaction services. Every vendor will have their own services to conduct business through and are beholden to those service rules and regulations.

    We highly recommend that vendors actively participate in the Discord as that is where our attendees will be primarily looking for content!

    Please note, that while we are just acting as an artist hub to get vendors sales/attention during the event, doing so is not free for us. There are overhead costs and as such, there are some small fees for accepted vendors, depending on their listing type.

    Submissions are not yet open for the next event! Panelists must be 18+.

    Panels & Events

    We are primarily looking for panels and events that focus on creativity; be it tutorials, Q&A, meetups, performances, etc., about artwork, music, acting, game dev, web dev, and more. Panel subjects that fall more so outside of these topics will be looked at case by case but please still send them in!

    Panels may be streamed, hosted in chat services, games, etc., which will depend on the host.

    DJ Applications

    DJ's will be able to apply through the Panel & Event application and must follow the panel/event rules here and on the application.

    We are looking to organize a nightly DJ block since attendees on our Discord have voted in favour of. This does not prevent a DJ from hosting something earlier, the nightly block will be a primary event however.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    ►Is it a FURRY event?
    We are not specifically a furry event. We welcome all industries/fandoms and that does include furries! Our mascot is an anthropomorphic sloth because that's what we thought fit from the initial ideas. (The creator of the character, Temrin, is also a fantasy artist and draws anthro's better than humans. ;P )

    ►How does an online convention work?
    We are a hub for the event, but each individual Vendor or Panelist will be hosting their offerings and events in their own way. (CozyCon does now offer a centralized Discord server to host panels, events, and general event chatting.)

    What this means is that some folks might stream an event, it might be based around and/or done in a game or chat platform, etc. Vendors may host their offerings in an online store, through their website, a journal or gallery and they may have sales/commissions/streams during the event. What and how they run their event involvement is up to them. Vendors and Panelists are from all over the world so expect them to charge in their own currency and respect that.

    ►How do I attend and is there a fee?
    Attending is free and we hope you'll spend your money buying from the Vendors or tipping your favourite panelists! Attending is simple, you only need to check the Vendors or Events pages during (and shortly before) the event to check out whats happening and when! Each listing will have a link to participate wherever that person is hosting their content.

    ►Why do Vendors have a fee?
    At the moment, it's not free to host this, even if we are only acting as a hub. We have overhead to cover that we cannot afford out of pocket, so we've added a fee to those who will be making money off our event in hopes of making that money back and being able to run this again and make the event better in the future!

    ►Why doesn't CozyCon charge for Vendors listings in USD?
    Because we're based in Canada! (This is good news for Americans, IT'S CHEAPER!)

    ►I want to volunteer to help the event beyond running panels
